“Those who think they have no time for bodily exercise, will sooner or later have to fine time for illness”.
-Edward Stanley.
I hear a lot of people saying ‘I am extremely busy; I don’t have the time to exercise’. It is always good to be busy as it liberates you from mental stress and depression but, most of the people fake to be busy. When APJ. Abdul Kalam finds time to exercise every morning. Why can’t you? Are you busier than him?

1. While waiting for a train or a bus you can walk instead of sitting.
2. You cannot be busy on a Sunday morning. Take a long walk (5km) with your family. You can discuss important issues during such walks.
3. Walk to the temple or cinema theatre. You can always take an auto while returning.
4. If there is no proper area near your house for jogging or no gym near your house. You can do floor exercise at home itself. You can exercise even before having your dinner.
