Sleeping is a pleasure. It is a blissful state of existence. Sleeping is also a type of medicine that can cure some ailments. For example, a migraine headache disappears in the course of a long peaceful sleep. The patient wakes up in the morning feeling fresh with no traces of the headache.

Sleep evades people who suffer from mental worries and there is no misery more pitiable than the sleeplessness. According to Dalai Lama, ‘the sleep is the best meditation’.
Some people need a sleeping pill to catch up with a good night’s sleep but people who regularly exercise and eat correct quantity of food fall asleep as soon as they close their eyes.
